Reservations that are assured need payment in advance (non-refundable under any circumstances).
During check-in, full payment is necessary.
14:00 is the check-in time.
12:00 is the cutoff for check-out.
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance, are subject to availability, and can result in extra fees.
Adult visitors must check in with copies of their current CNICs or passports.
According to local laws, unmarried couples having Pakistani CNICs are not permitted. Visitors who do not have a relationship listed in their CNIC may be asked to show proof of it.
It is strictly forbidden to possess or use any illegal materials, including drugs, firearms, and other objects.
Actions that might be considered immoral, offensive, or that might provoke a commotion or disrupt the peace are prohibited.
Animals are not permitted.
It is Guest’s responsibility to return the lodging to the state it was in when the Guest arrived.
Anybody who joins or visits the Guest at the lodging is under Guest’s responsibility for their actions and inactions.
At check-out, Guest agrees to pay the given amount, all relevant levies and taxes, as well as any additional costs that were specified.
Guests must always behave honourably, show consideration for others, and abide by the law.
Guzel will not be held responsible if it is unable to provide lodging and/or related services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, or disease, strikes, or shortages of transportation infrastructure, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
The Guests acknowledge that by making a reservation or staying at Guzel, they release, indemnify, and hold Guzel (and its employees) harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to any reservations or stays.
Admission is at the discretion of Guzel.
By continuing to make a reservation, the guest agrees to accept all terms and conditions.
